This rustic Mountain house plan is accentuated with an exterior brimming with lumber, floor to ceiling glass insets and a stacked stone chimney feature. The natural beauty of the front wraparound deck highlights the rustic exterior and provides an enormous amount of entertaining space and pleasurable mingling with the outdoors. The interior floor plan consists of 1,732 square feet of living space which includes three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, there is an unfinished basement with a massive amount of space for future expansion possibilities. Optional sliding doors highlight the lower level exit and there is a utility room, a one car garage and a plethora of square footage to be converted into a workshop, hobby/craft room, additional bedrooms or multi-purpose rooms. The home is ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 31’width dimension and a serene lakefront lot or mountain view lot would be a beautiful backdrop for the home.
The interior floor plan enjoys an open concept design with a front foyer and coat closet lined entryway. The living and dining spaces are huge with cathedral ceiling heights which highlight the spaciousness of the rooms and there is a warming fireplace for those chilly autumn nights. The U-shaped kitchen houses a peninsula breakfast bar, vaulted ceilings and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. There is a laundry nook along the hallway and a shared hall bath and linen closet for the two family bedrooms. Bedroom one is spacious with plentiful closet space and there is an option for French door access off the foyer if the room was used for a study/home office. The second bedroom is slightly larger with double closets and double window views. Across the hall is the third bedroom where spaciousness is enhanced with vaulted ceilings and generous closet space. The owner's retreat is situated at the back rear of the home for privacy and, once again, is highlighted by vaulted ceilings; additionally, the suite enjoys a large footprint measuring 18’x12’, and a gracefully bowed window feature.
